Location: Town Hall, NSW


– Familiarity with Mortgage Broker business and procedures
– Fluency in English; Mandarin speaking skills are advantageous
– Previous office work experience
– Proficiency in using Microsoft software

Main Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls professionally and efficiently
– Organizing and sorting customer information documents
– Assisting managers in communicating with clients and applicants
