We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests and provide them with assistance as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary
- Assist with the coordination of company events and functions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or similar role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications: No specific qualifications required. Relevant experience in administration is preferred.
