  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to assist with daily tasks, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • A proactive approach to identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate safety measures.
  • Own car is required for transportation purposes.

Aged Care (No Experience Needed)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Aged Care Workers. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to start a rewarding career in the aged care sector and make a positive difference in the lives of elderly residents. No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided. However, candidates must have a Certificate III in Individual Support or be willing to obtain it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to elderly residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding, taking into account any dietary requirements
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and social interactions with residents
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
  • Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition or behavior to the supervisor
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure quality care and safety
